👨✈️End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Helper.
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Helper software ("Software"). You can acquire the Software directly from Helper or from an authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
Before installing and using the Helper software, please read this EULA agreement carefully. It provides a license to use the software and includes warranty information and liability disclaimers.
This EULA agreement also applies if you sign up for a free trial of the Helper software. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the software, you confirm your acceptance of the EULA agreement and agree to its terms.
If you're entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you lack such authority or disagree with the terms and conditions, do not install or use the software and do not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement applies only to the Helper software provided by Helper, regardless of any mention or description of other software. The terms also apply to Helper updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services, unless different terms are provided.
License Grant
Helper grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on your devices according to the terms of this EULA agreement.
You may load and use the software on devices under your control (e.g., PC, laptop, mobile, or tablet). Ensure your device meets the software's minimum requirements.
You are not allowed to:
Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the software or incorporate it into other software.
Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the software, or attempting to do so.
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or use the software for any commercial purpose.
Permit any third party to use the software on behalf of or for the benefit of another party.
Use the software in a manner that violates local, national, or international laws.
Use the software in any way that breaches this EULA agreement, as determined by Helper.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Helper retains ownership of the original and any subsequent downloads of the software. The software (including any modifications) and its intellectual property rights belong to Helper.
Helper has the right to grant licenses for third parties to use the software.
Termination
This EULA agreement becomes effective when you first use the software and remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by providing written notice to Helper.
The agreement also terminates immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, your licenses to use the software will end, and you must stop all access and use of the software. Provisions that naturally survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement and any disputes associated with it are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
